When I founded my own company in 2008, I had a clear idea of what I wanted to achieve: real estate valuations at the highest professional level — combined with modern, digital working methods. It was clear to me early on that topics such as artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic process automation (RPA) would play an important role in the long term. This conviction was the cornerstone for everything that followed. At the same time, it was important for me to go my own way — independently, entrepreneurially and with the aim of offering my customers real added value. I was lucky to work early on with great people and projects that promoted my know-how. As a result, I was able to build up a trustworthy network and a stable market position as an expert piece by piece.
Gräfe Vowinckel Partner was founded in 2025. The new name takes account of the close collaboration with Sabina Vowinckel — an expert who not only brought extensive experience, but also a breath of fresh air and new inspiration. Together, we complement each other ideally, both professionally and personally.
What unites us? It's very clear: Our aim to do first-class work, use modern technologies wisely and always think one step ahead. Our partnership is based on mutual trust, clear communication and a common goal — to achieve the best for our customers.

Alexander Gräfe
While studying architecture at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, my paths crossed with Alexander Gräfe for the first time — we were in the same year and worked together on projects several times as part of our studies. After graduating in 2008, I worked as an architect in renowned architecture firms for ten years. This period was very formative from a professional point of view and gave me a broad foundation for later self-employment. With the growth of time, I have the desire to work independently and to develop projects not only creatively, but also conceptually and economically. That's how I ventured into self-employment as an architect and project developer.
In 2022, I decided to expand my knowledge as part of studying economics at IREBS. There I met Alexander Gräfe again, who was now working as a lecturer in real estate valuation. Our reunion quickly led to collaboration — and we soon realized that our combination of expertise, experience and mutual trust worked brilliantly.
This close and successful cooperation was the starting point for our joint company Gräfe Vowinckel Partner, which we founded on 01.01.2025. In my role as an expert in real estate valuation, I can particularly benefit from my many years of experience as an architect and project developer. The perspective of planning, design and economic implementation flows into my evaluation work — and is ideally complemented by Alexander Gräfe's analytical approach. Together, we offer our clients well-founded, practical and holistic solutions — with a clear eye for quality, feasibility and added value.
